Customer lead growth is vital to enable continued progress and expansion in any economic model. 

In the last +20 years, Steve has led strategic marketing roles at Beta Start-ups, mid-market, and enterprise/post-IPO organizations. He has worked in HRtech, Fintech, and Martech, DevSecOps, and draws from the similarities and differences of these industries to create unique experiences for every customer and community he serves.

Currently, Steve serves as the Senior Customer Advocacy Manager at GitLab creating unique programs scaled with technology for 100,000+ customers. The program has enabled GitLab to maintain its leadership on G2, Gartner, and Forrester Waves reports and also works with Advocates across APAC, EMEA, and NORAM.

Steve's customer marketing programs range from targeted CXO campaigns, Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Advisory Boards, and loyalty programs to large-scale customer events featuring the likes of Sir Richard Branson (Virgin Group), President Barack Obama (44th President of USA), Sir Martin Sorrell, Simon Sinek (Futurist) and David Shing (AOL).
