About this Speaker
Meaghan Sullivan started her career off in Sales operations and Inside sales at NetApp and Cloudera. Her years in sales taught her the importance of building relationships with her customers that go beyond closing the sale and hitting her numbers. She transitioned into Customer Marketing and Advocacy where the emphasis is on the customer (customer community, sharing the customers’ success and story) as a way of validating solutions, products, and services.
Meaghan joined Google Cloud in 2019, as a member of the Customer Programs team at Google Cloud serving as an Americas Program Lead and Customer Reference Manager for specific priority industries.
After about 3 years she moved to Google Workspace and now holds the position of Marketing Customer Programs Lead, Google Workspace where she is responsible for creating the customer advocacy strategy and building the reference program for Google Workspace.
