Lisa is a seasoned customer advocacy pro with more than 20 years experience in customer marketing leadership roles and contributing to customer advocacy programs.
Her knowledge extends from strategic planning, developing outcome-based content and influencing revenue growth, to deploying customer communities and CABs to increasing retention.
She currently leads the OpenText Cybersecurity BU advocacy program. Previously she’s held roles at Bolt, 8x8, Symantec, VMware, EMC, and even has agency experience working at Big Sky Communications.
